1. Prescription Requirement

Contact lenses are medical devices regulated by the FDA. By law, you must have a valid, current contact lens prescription issued by a licensed eye care professional to purchase contact lenses from us. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You have a valid contact lens prescription (not a glasses prescription)
• The prescription was issued within the past 1–2 years (or as specified by your prescriber)
• The prescription has not expired
• You will provide an accurate copy of your prescription when required

We reserve the right to cancel any order if a valid prescription cannot be verified.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from GenericContacts.com. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to track orders and manage prescriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@genericcontacts.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice
• Orders are subject to prescription verification before processing
• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion
• Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address and applicable law

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened, original-condition boxes within 30 days of delivery. Opened contact lens boxes cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. To initiate a return, contact us at support@genericcontacts.com with your order number.

GenericContacts.com is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your eye care professional regarding contact lens use, care, and replacement schedules. Improper use of contact lenses can lead to eye infections or injury.
